Although formed only in 2008, MSloane Consulting is a direct result of exponential growth over the last few years in client demand for Mike’s services as an independent consultant. Realizing that he could no longer service his clients effectively alone, Mike began negotiations to not only formalize relationships with leading global suppliers, but also secure in-house industry experts and contractors across the globe.
As such, MSloane Consulting is pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2009, Dennis Sloane will be joining our executive team as Vice-President - COO. Dennis brings almost two decades of experience in global operational matters and KPO/BPO arrangements for both Global 50 and 1000 corporations. He has worked on short-term projects across the globe while based in USA, and also as an “operational knowledge-expert” expatriate for Accenture in Switzerland and the Netherlands. In addition to managing our internal operations, Dennis will also be leading our efforts in broadening our KPO/BPO capabilities to ensure that we are able to offer our clients leading-edge services.
